High end face coating capabilities
Optical film coating technology is a key process to deposit multi-layer dielectric or metal films on the substrate surface by physical or chemical methods to accurately control the transmission, reflection and polarization of light waves. Its main capabilities include:
1,Spectral regulation
By designing multi-layer film systems (such as anti-reflection film, high reflection film, light splitting film, etc.), specific spectrum management from ultraviolet to infrared band can be realized, such as over 99% high reflection in visible light region or over 99.5% light transmittance of anti-reflection film.
2,Functional diversification
It can be used to prepare polarization beam splitter film, optical filter (band-pass/cutoff), phase compensation film, etc., to meet the requirements of laser system, imaging optics, AR/VR and other fields.
3,Precision optical performance
The film thickness control accuracy reaches nanometer level (1 nm), which supports the manufacture of ultra-narrow band filters (bandwidth < 1 nm) and other precision optical devices.
4,Environmental stability
Hard coating (such as ion-assisted deposition) or protective layer technology is adopted to ensure that the film is resistant to high temperature (above 300℃), damp heat and scratch.
5,Customized design
Combined with TFCalc, Essential Macleod and other software, reverse engineering can optimize the film structure for complex incident angles, broad spectrum and other scenes.
